How Criminal Immigrants Obtain Welfare

Many people wonder how it is that a criminal immigrant who does not have the right to be in the united States of America can get tax funds paid by legal working residents doled out as welfare. One way this can occur is published in the August 8th, 2006 edition of "The Advertiser", a small advertising periodical in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana.
There is an article that outlines the free lunch program and the qualifications for getting a free or reduced cost lunch at taxpayers expense. Deep into the information that must be provided on the application, that is for those who do not have a food stamp case number, is "the social security number of the parent/gaurdian who is the primary wage earner, or the adult household member who signs the application, or a statement that the household member does not possess one". (emphasis added)
The state of Louisiana requires that anyone who wishes to obtain a drivers license must provide his social security number or a statement that the applicant does not posses a number, but if the applicant is "eligible" for a social security number he must obtain one. Besides the fact the this is coercion and specifically against federal law, it also eliminates anyone who is not a criminal immigrant. Who is not "eligible" for a social security number? Oh, I know! Criminals who illegally entered our country. The state of Louisiana is a safe haven for criminal immigrants.
So, we now know that the State of Louisiana supports some kinds of criminal activity. What are Louisianans doing about it? Apparently, paying the taxes to support these criminal immigrants obtaining free lunches, since we also know that the only people not "eligible" for a social security number are criminal immigrants.
I spoke with a supervisor at the Claiborne Parish School board who wished to remain anonymous, who stated that "It is not my job" to verify applicants citizenship when reviewing the qualifications of applicants for the free lunch progam. She said the guidelines were that of the federal government and they did not include checking the legal residency of applicants. When asked what she would do if she found out that a child was that of a criminal immigrant, she said she would forward it to the "homeless liaison."
I then asked what if this person had a home. She responded, "We consider them transients and that falls under the homeless."
